Entrance Requirements
Admission is open to any qualified applicant. No qualified person may be excluded from enrollment into the Dental Assisting training program based on age, race, gender, disability, or national origin.
Students Must:
1. Provide proof of being at least 18 years older or has attained a high school diploma or G.E.D./TASC High School Equivalency Certificate
2. Tour our School
3. Complete enrollment agreement
4. Make arrangements to pay the tuition before starting
Tuition
Tuition for the school is $5,500 to be paid in full prior to the first day of class, or we have 2 payment options that are available with the first payment due prior to the first day of class. Payment can be made by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or by using our financing options (see below). Questions regarding refund please refer to course catalog.
Payment Plans
Please contact the school Director for payment options that will allow you low monthly payments for extended periods of time. Since our program is not 1 year or longer in length, Dental Assistant Education Center LLC does not participate in any federal or state financial aid programs, therefore we are not a Qualified Tuition Program (QTP), thus are not required to provide a 1098-T Tuition Statement Form.
Transfer or Granting of Credit
No life experience or previous education and training apply to Dental Assistant Education Center LLC training programs. DAEC does not guarantee transfer of our coursework to another institution unless there is a written agreement with that institution.
Books and Learning Materials
NEW Modern Dental Assisting Edition 13 textbook and workbook will be given for the duration of the program and will be issues at the beginning of orientation. All learning materials are included in the tuition fee except for attire (see below). Lab coats with DAEC's logo will be issues before the start of clinical rotation.
Attire
Scrubs are NOT provided. Students are expected to wear approved scrubs everyday while in the office. Tennis shoes are to be clean, not soiled or worn out. Hair needs to be clean, pulled back, off the shoulders, and out of the face. Clean face, subtle makeup, and fingernails should be short and clean with minimal nail polish.
Changes Made by School
If the school closes or cancels or changes a program of study or location in such a way that the student who has started is unable to complete training, arrangements will be made in a timely manner to accommodate the needs of each student enrolled in the program who is affected by the cancellation or change. If the school is unable to make alternative arrangements that are satisfactory to the student, the school will refund all money paid by the student for the program.
